Shipping!
We do our best to keep shipping rates low. All of our products are shipped with a flat rate added to the order at check out. When the a customer sets the country of delivery, the shipping fee is immediately added. This flat rate is set based on where the product is made. Our products are shipped from our manufacturer partners directly. They set a flat rate for shipping and we use that information to set our shipping fees. Unless otherwise arranged, we primarily use the local post for delivery. Here are some the current shipping rates we charge. They do vary by product so they may be a little different than what is seen at checkout.

The shipping varies because of the breadth of the manufacturing network. For example, a product sent ordered for Australia and made by the broader manufacturing network is likely made locally (or close) so the shipping is relatively low. Manufacturing time is usually only a few days and products are shipped ASAP. The difference with products produced by Robinson’s local in Switzerland is that they are made only in Switzerland. Shipping these products typically costs more. The shipping costs are updated frequently and do change. We always try to keep shipping cost as low as possible without the customer having to wait a long time. Where possible, tracking information is included. Of course, with holidays all bets are off. There are often delays at the holidays. We do our best to add announcements and banners on the website. Customers are responsible for paying shipping and any customs duties that arise when the product is delivered. For certain products we can try and arrange special shipping. Get in touch to discuss.
